Key Achievements in 2023-24:
- Expanded our presence from 50 to 58 regions, adding countries like Jordan, Kenya, and Uzbekistan.
- Increased our team of Local Researchers in emerging markets such as Brazil and Nigeria, growing from 40 to 70 members.
- Doubled the number of UX-specialist Researchers in the worldwide team from 20 to 40.
