Weronika Rochacka Gagliardi

Weronika is a design strategist, specialising in service design and design research.

Originally an art historian, Weronika now runs Design Provision — a boutique agency working with clients like ING, Santander, Mercer Services, Warsaw University and WARTA (one of the biggest insurers on the Polish market). She considers research a fundamental element of any project focused on solving real problems, and mixes qualitative methods with visual elements. Weronika uses her unique expertise in generative design research methods, which are more advanced methods used in design projects.

Weronika has an MA in Art History from Warsaw University and also gained an MA in Enterprise and Management from London College of Communication, UAL. Having lived in various different countries — including Brazil, Ireland and the UK — Weronika is now back in her home town of Warsaw, Poland. She speaks Polish, English and Brazilian Portuguese, as well as some French and German.
